The National Emergency Management Agency has urged Nigerians to desist from purchasing and patronizing fairly used clothing with the current challenge the world faces that is the Coronavirus.
The appeal was made on Sunday, at a workshop by Evans Ugoh the Head of Abia/Imo operations.
Speaking at the workshop, Mr Ugoh emphasized that the continued patronage of fairly used clothes puts the country at risk of spreading the virus. He therefore beseeched the Federal Government to discourage the importation of fairly used clothes by placing sanctions on them.
